Cambridge United offers 19 home wheelchair user spaces (13 in the North Terrace, 6 in the Main Stand) and 16 away spaces in the South Stand. Personal assistants sit alongside. Ambulant and easy access seating is available on a match-by-match basis, with designated family seating in the Family Stand on request. The club provides an audio description commentary service via hand-held receivers, which should be reserved in advance by contacting Nick Parker. While there is no dedicated sensory room, hospitality lounges can be used, and 'sensory packs' with noise-reducing ear defenders are available. The club does not currently have hearing loops.
