1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of FootyGrounds (footygrounds.com). By browsing the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. The site is operated from the United Kingdom and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Accounts

• You must be 16 or over to create an account.
• Give accurate details, keep your password secure and do not share your account.
• You are responsible for everything posted from your account.
• You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

3. Conduct

FootyGrounds is a supporters' community. Rivalry is welcome; abuse is not. You must not post content that is discriminatory, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that incites violence or disorder, including tragedy chanting or hateful references to any club, city, nationality, religion, race, gender, sexuality or disability.

You must not impersonate others, post other people's personal information, spam, scrape the site at scale, or attempt to interfere with its security or availability. Breaching these rules can result in content removal and a permanent ban without notice or refund.

4. Content you contribute

• You keep ownership of your reviews, ratings, photos, drone footage and forum posts. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and promote that content on and for FootyGrounds, with credit where you have supplied it.
• You confirm that you own the content or have permission to submit it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Reviews and photos are moderated before publication. We may edit, refuse or remove content at our discretion, including for accuracy, legality or tone.
• Drone footage must have been captured lawfully and in line with the relevant aviation authority's rules.
• Reviews must reflect a genuine personal experience. Incentivised, fake or competitor-attacking reviews will be removed.

5. Marketplace and paid features

• The marketplace lets supporters list memorabilia such as programmes, shirts and badges. Contracts of sale are between buyer and seller; FootyGrounds is not a party to them and does not guarantee any item, buyer or seller.
• A small posting fee applies to listings, and pub partner packages are billed at the advertised rate. Fees cover the listing or placement itself and are non-refundable once the listing or placement is live, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Counterfeit goods, match tickets sold in breach of any law or club rule, and items that are illegal to sell are prohibited.
• Sellers are responsible for describing items accurately and for their own tax obligations.

6. Accuracy of ground and fixture data

Ground details, capacities, addresses, accessibility notes, pubs, parking, prices, squads and fixtures are compiled from supporter contributions and public sources. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always confirm kick-off times, ticketing, travel and accessibility arrangements with the club before travelling. FootyGrounds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any club, league or governing body; club names and crests remain the property of their owners.

7. Our content and third-party links

Site design, text and databases are owned by FootyGrounds or its licensors. Photographs are used under the licences listed on our photo credits page. You may link to pages and quote short extracts with attribution, but you may not copy the site wholesale or reuse our data for a competing service without permission. External links, including sponsor and betting links, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for third-party sites.

8. Availability and liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change or withdraw features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from reliance on ground, fixture, travel or marketplace information. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
