Wheelchair viewing areas are pitch level in the Dolman Stand for home fans and the Atyeo Stand for away fans. Ambulant supporters can request seating near entrances/exits. There are 22 accessible toilets, including two in the Atyeo Stand for away supporters, all alarmed. A sensory room is available, and assistance dogs are permitted with prior notification to Supporter Services. The ticket office has a hearing loop, and the club shop has a low-level counter.
