Carlisle United offers 34 wheelchair spaces. Home fans have 16 pitch-level spaces at the south end of the East Stand (partially covered) and 4 raised, covered spaces at the north end of the Paddock. Away fans have 4 spaces in the Waterworks End, adjacent to the away seating. In poor weather, wheelchair users may be moved to a home area if space allows. Ambulant/easy access seating details are not specified. There is no sensory room, but a wheelchair-accessible family zone is available. Hearing loops are installed in the Ticket Office and Club Shop. The club does not provide a dedicated audio descriptive commentary service, but visually impaired fans can access local radio commentary via BBC
