Swindon Town offers 56 wheelchair user spaces, with 5 allocated for away supporters in the John Trollope Arkells Stand, which are covered. Each wheelchair space has a fixed chair for a companion. There are 487 easy access and amenity seats available. For away fans, the main provision is in the Arkells Stand, with an overflow in the Stratton Bank. The club has 8 accessible toilets, and stewards carry Radar keys. While descriptive audio commentary isn't available, portable DAB radios with headphones can be requested from the DLO.
