The approach to the away turnstiles is described as a narrow lane that becomes a very stoney, pothole-ridden surface, making it difficult for wheelchair users. There is a small car park at the ground, but street parking on Mead Way is an alternative. Away wheelchair users may be seated in the home section, even with a new stand available for both home and away fans. There are three disabled toilets in the club bar, located in the opposite corner to the seating area. One of these toilets was reportedly used as a storage cupboard, and non-disabled people also used them, leading to long queues at half-time. There is no disabled toilet at the away end.
