While there are 3 accessible toilets, the one for away fans is located at the opposite end of the stadium in a crowded home refreshment area. There is no sensory room. Audio commentary is provided via 6 DAB radios & headsets for BBC Radio Somerset. Assistance dog facilities, including relieving areas, are available. The ticket office has a hearing loop, and the club shop has low-level serving counters. Wheelchair users are accommodated in hospitality and VIP areas. Wheelchair viewing for away fans is pitchside in 'bus shelter' like constructions,
