Colchester United's JobServe Community Stadium offers 40 elevated wheelchair user spaces across all four stands, ensuring excellent views even when fans stand. Each gantry includes a designated seat for a free Personal Assistant, accessible toilets, and lift access. Away fans have their own elevated gantry. Access to West Stand gantries is via main reception, while other stands have lifts under concourses. There are 13 accessible toilets, and a changing facility is available in the West Stand, advised for booking tickets in this area if needed.
