Mansfield Town offers 50 wheelchair user spaces across five specific areas in Blocks D & E of the Quarry Lane End, Blocks C & F in the Ian Greaves Stand (Lower Tier), and Blocks B & D in the North Stand. Accessible toilets are available in concourses within each stand, with 12 accessible toilets in total. Audio descriptive commentary is available for visually impaired supporters, with receivers collected from the Kevin Bird suite 75 minutes before kick-off. A new sensory room is located in the family block in the South Stand.
