Burton Albion offers 40 home and 20 away wheelchair user spaces, located at the front of all terrace and seated stands. These can be booked by calling the ticket office. Additionally, there are 61 home and 36 away easy access/amenity seats at ground level (Row A) and in front of terrace stands. All stands have accessible, RADAR key-compliant toilets, with stewards carrying keys for emergencies. Audio commentary is available via the club's iFollow platform (£2.50) or free via Radio Derby (medium wave). A sensory room is available for selected fixtures, advertised in advance. Assistance dogs are accommodated with prior notification. The club shop and food concession stands have low-level count
