Shrewsbury Town offers 114 wheelchair user spaces, with 94 for home fans and 20 for away fans. Home spaces are located high and low level in the Main and South Stands, and low level in the West Stand. Away spaces are high and low level in the North (Away) Stand. Accessible toilets are available at both concourse and high-level viewing areas. Audio commentary is available via local radio (Access Audio) with headsets collected from safety officers or stewards. The club does not have a sensory room. Assistance dogs are permitted, but no relieving stations are provided. The ticket office has a hearing loop, and the club shop and food concession stands have low-level serving counters. Accessible
