Port Vale offers 28 wheelchair user spaces in their accessible stand, with 3 dedicated bays for away supporters including a carer seat. Ambulant/easy access seating is available, with 32 seats prioritised for supporters with severe limited mobility near entrances/exits. Accessible toilets are available, with four located in the accessible stand, which are heated and alarmed. While there is no sensory room, ear defenders are available for loan from the club store or can be pre-booked. Audio description is not currently available.
