Hartlepool United offers 21 wheelchair spaces for home fans in front of the Longbranch Homes Stand and 10 spaces for away supporters in the Simpson Millar Stand. Ambulant disabled fans can sit in any area of the ground. Accessible toilets are located behind the Longbranch Homes Stand, Simpson Millar Solicitors Stand, Teesside International Airport Stand, and in the Centenary Lounge. Hearing loops are available in the ticket office and Club shop, which is wheelchair accessible. Limited disabled parking is available in the official car park for a fee or seasonal pass, and also on Clarence Road on a first-come, first-served basis.
