Club finances

Why this section is empty

Club finances only mean something when the reporting entity and period are clear. A holding company’s group accounts and the football club’s own accounts can differ by tens of millions, and mixing them produces numbers that look precise and are wrong.

To publish finances we need one of: filed accounts from the relevant companies registry, the club’s own published annual report, or a licensed data provider. We do not have access to any of those at the moment, so every financial field on the site reads “Not available”.

What we would record for each figure

• Revenue, wage bill, operating profit or loss and net debt, exactly as reported
• The financial year, reporting period, currency and the entity the accounts belong to
• Owners and disclosed ownership percentages, takeover dates and supporter ownership
• A link to the filed accounts or the official announcement

What is available today

Squad market valuations, where published, already appear on squad values, and ownership narrative sits on each club page. Everything else in Facts & figures — clubs, grounds, honours and league history — comes from verified open records.
